Welcome to the Limerick School of Music website.
Limerick School of Music, under the auspices of the City of Limerick VEC was founded in December 1961. With a student enrolment of 1400 and a staff of 52 we are the largest provider of music education in the Mid-West Region.
Located in Mulgrave Street, in the heart of the city, we provide tuition on all classical instruments from beginner to diploma level. In addition we offer tuition in Singing,Theory of Music, Classical, Acoustic and Plectrum Guitar, Speech and Drama, Instrument Making and Church Organ.
Our inspiring and dedicated staff are performers and teachers of the highest calibre.
