Limerick School of Music is excited to announce details of our third annual Gala Fundraising Concert! The concert will be performed by teachers and alumni of LSOM with music by Bill Whelan, Chopin, Mozart and more! In addition, this year’s programme will feature a very special guest performance by multiple Grammy award winning artist Rhiannon Giddens!

You are most welcome to the website for Limerick School of Music. We are very proud of our long history of providing music education in the heart of Limerick City since 1962.
I am particularly proud to work with such a highly qualified and motivated group of teachers who are deeply committed to giving all in our community of students a love of music.
About Us
Limerick School of Music was founded in January 1962 and is the largest provider of music tuition in the Mid-West Region! We provide Instrumental and Vocal tuition from beginner to diploma level, and we also offer tuition in Instrument Making. Music students all take Musicianship/Theory classes as part of their studies as well as enjoying a wealth of opportunities to perform music together with their friends in our many ensembles, choirs and orchestras.

Alumni Association
At Limerick School of Music we are very proud of the achievements of all our students past and present. Through our Alumni Association we hope to enable past students to reconnect with each other and with the school. We hope to explore the idea of giving past students a place to meet (both virtually and in person) and also to celebrate the significant contribution our alumni make to the music profession and beyond.
